By accessing or using Diamond Painter at diamondpainter.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Diamond Painter is a free, browser-based tool that converts photographs and images into diamond painting patterns with DMC color codes. Key characteristics of the Service include:

• All image processing happens locally in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers.
• No account or registration is required to use the core pattern generation features.
• Patterns and exports generated by the tool are yours to use freely for personal and commercial crafting projects.
• The Service also provides educational content through the Guide section, including articles about diamond painting techniques, materials, and patterns.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Diamond Painter for personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Generating patterns for your own diamond painting projects
• Creating patterns to sell as finished artwork
• Using the tool for educational or instructional purposes
• Incorporating generated patterns into craft tutorials or social media content

You agree not to use the Service in ways that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others (for example, uploading images you do not have the right to use)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software underlying the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in ways that place excessive load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

4. Intellectual Property

Your images: You retain full ownership of any images you use with the Service. Because images are processed locally in your browser and never transmitted to us, we have no access to, custody of, or claim over your photos.

Generated patterns: Patterns generated from images you own or have rights to are yours. Diamond Painter claims no ownership over patterns you produce using the Service.

Site content: The Diamond Painter website, its design, written content, guide articles, and software are owned by Diamond Painter and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute our written content without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.

5. Third-Party Images and Copyright

When uploading images to generate patterns, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those images. Do not upload images protected by copyright that you do not own or have a license to use. Diamond Painter is not responsible for any copyright infringement that results from your use of the Service with third-party images.

6. Advertising

Diamond Painter is a free service supported in part by advertising served through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google's systems and are governed by Google's advertising policies. Diamond Painter does not control the specific ads displayed, but has no ads that are intentionally deceptive or misleading.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Patterns generated will be suitable for any specific purpose
• Color matching results will match physical drill colors exactly under all conditions

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond Painter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or costs associated with craft supplies ordered based on patterns generated by the Service.

Our guide content may contain links to external websites, including supplier recommendations and product references. These links are provided for informational purposes. Diamond Painter does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Accessing external links is at your own discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms
